2. Collection of personal data when visiting our website
2.1 When using the website in an informative way, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you want to view our website, we collect the following data, in anonymised or pseudonymized form:

- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (concrete page)
- Access Status/HTTP Status Code
- Amount of data transferred in each case
- Website from which the request comes
- Operating system and its interface
- Language and version of the browser software
2.2 When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, if applicable) will be your name and phone number stored by us.
2.3 If you enter into business contact with us, for example as a customer or subcontractor, the contractual agreements made separately are the primary priority. In this case, we may also store your contact details and related information (e..g. company affiliation).
3. Purposes and legal bases of data processing
3.1 The data specified in 2.1 will be processed because it is technically necessary to show you our website and to ensure the stability and security of the data. The legal basis is Article 6(1) p. 1 lit. f GDPR. The above-mentioned interests are fundamental corporate interests, the non-preservation of which may jeopardise the operation of the website itself. These interests are also safeguarded by appropriate measures in the areas of IT security as well as anonymization/pseudonymization.
3.2 The data specified in 2.2, 2.3 will be processed in order to process your request or to carry out the respective contractual relationship, see Art. 6 sec. 1 lit.b Alt. 1 GDPR.
3.3 Insofar as you have also given us consent to further processing of your personal data, this is based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke any consents given at any time by notifying the above-mentioned contact channels.
3.4 We expressly point out that the transfer of personal data to us is not required by law in principle – but its suppression may have an influence on the services that can be provided (e.g. with regard to the retrieval of the website).
3.5 Automated decision-making, for example in the sense of profiling, does not take place.
4. Duration of data storage
We delete the data generated in this connection after the storage is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the respective purpose; with a view to ensuring the usability of the website (see above), therefore, in principle when leaving the website. If statutory retention obligations intervene (e.g. of a tax law nature), the data will be kept blocked until it expires

6. Categories of recipients of personal data
6.1 In addition to the purely informative use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested. To do so, you usually need to provide additional personal data that we use to provide the respective service and to which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.
6.2 In part, we use external service providers to process your data for the provision of IT components. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly checked. There are corresponding data protection agreements with these service providers in order to safeguard your data protection and legal positions.
6.3 3 In principle, data is not transmitted to service providers established in a state outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If this is the case, the additional risks resulting from this will be offset by appropriate additional data protection agreements.
